How can I pay the registration fees?

There are two ways of paying the fees: by transfer or via PayPal. If you choose transfering, you can find all the details on our homepage. Consider that the registration’s handling fee is 1.5 euros, please include that in your transaction as well. If you wish to use PayPal, you just simply need to click on the yellow “Donate” button on our website and then on the following page you need to write “Registration fee” in the Purpose field. The registration’s handling fee is 1.5 euro here as well. You can also send in your friends’ fees together, please write down the names so we can check who has paid.

My bank says the BIC code isn’t right, offers another one, what shall I do?

If your bank offers another bic code, don't change it because the headquarter of our bank is in Siklós, just simply approve it. Every transfer detail is right that's on our homepage.

When do you confirm that you have recieved my payment?

We send everyone who has paid the registration fee an e-mail confirming that we did recieve the payment in the beginning of the month. It’s the time when we get the monthly extract from our bank.

What do I get for the registration fee?

Attendance of sport events and the Same Sex Dance Competion
Welcome package
Attendence on sport events
Opening Ceremony
Closing Ceremony
Programs at the Frigo-EuroGames Village (conferences, workshops, etc., until 10:00 PM)
Discount:

  • at some LGBT partner events
  • welcome drink and/or discount at some LGBT bars and shops
  • taxi service
  • insurance
  • EuroGames extra discount price for room registration via us
  • free mobile application

I would like to enter a second sport, how much does it cost?

If you enter a second sport, you have to pay 20% of the basic registration fee.

How many of us have entered certain sports all together?

About the numbers of the participants we can give information around June.

How can I book accommodation?

There’s a website where you can list the hotels by sports so you’ll actually be staying near to the sport event so you won’t have to commute that much between the places. You can book accommodation through this website: http://eurogamesbudapesthotels.eu/index.html

If I cannot afford the hotels listed on your website and I'm not an applicant of Outreach, can I get hosted housing as well?

Yes, you can book accommodation in youth hostels/dormitory for 10 euros/day in 2-4 bedded rooms.

Where will the sport events be held?

Due to safety reasons we cannot provide any information about the locations of the events. We will inform you about this when you arrive at the Village at the registration desk. However, we can give you some help with accommodation or offer you places near the events, for informations, please write to info [at] eurogamesbudapest [dot] hu
